Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time
We work with fulfillment partners such as CJ Dropshipping to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–7 days to update after the package has been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
